The building comprises 6 spacious duplex as well as single-level flats designed in two blocks on a 1200 sq. yd. plot, having a total built-up area of 22,000 sq.ft. The entire building has been designed as a combination of solids and voids, with patterns of textured and polished sandstone for the external cladding.
