World Class Skill Training centre, a training/ research institute to be setup by the Government of Delhi on PPP mode, in collaboration with ITE Singapore. The project comprises Academic buildings (classrooms, lecture theatres, laboratories & workshops, etc.), library, convention centre (1000-seat auditorium, multi-purpose hall & cafeteria), sports complex, 600 students hostels, housing and guest house. We have provided technical and urban design services on behalf of EY India Pvt. Ltd., who were appointed by the Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) as transaction advisor for undertaking a feasibility study and structuring the project on public-private partnership (PPP) format. The total built-up area of the campus is 216,000 sq.m., to be constructed on a highly contoured 37 acre site, estimated to be Rs 770 crore.
