This award-winning design for garment export unit cum corporate office is for one of India’s leading exporters, Mr Harish Ahuja of Shahi Exports Ltd. The factory complex is located on a 7.5 acre plot along the Delhi-Mathura National Highway, and has a built-up area of 32,000 sq. m. The central halls on the ground & the first floors contain the production areas, flanked by design & administration areas along the mezzanine strip.

Upon completion, our design was awarded for Excellence in Architecture by the Indian Institute of Architects in 2000.
