Our firm, Akshaya Jain & Associates, provides consultancy services in architecture, urban design, planning, interior design and construction management. The Firm’s design approach to any project is to develop a solution which is aesthetically pleasant and functionally suitable. Each project is viewed in its locational perspective so that even while planning a state-of-the-art building, it remains justified to its context. Our designs aim to achieve economy in construction costs by virtue of efficient space & services planning. Green building features are intrinsic to our design value, in order to minimize financial & environmental impact of the development.

We have successfully designed projects in India, Nepal, China, Malaysia and Seychelles, and upon completion, two have been inaugurated by the Heads of State – the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Pratibha Patil in 2010, and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi in 2015.

The Partners of the Firm have ample experience in the field of planning & design of various types of projects that include institutional, residential, embassies, offices, commercial, industrial, recreational & religious complexes, both low and high rise, on flat as well as contoured sites. We have won many architectural design competitions for projects in India and abroad, and have designed a wide range of projects for the Government, public sector & private organisations.

Akshaya Jain & Associates is currently handling projects worth approximately INR 1400 crore (USD 200 million), having a combined built-up area of around 30,00,000 sq.ft. (280,000 sq.m.) and handled master plan/urban design projects costing more than INR 2,000 crore. Our Firm has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, for quality of our services, and are also a registered firm under the Government of India’s MSME program.

Akshaya Kumar Jain has 45 years of professional experience. In 1986, he established his erstwhile partnership firm which went on to complete 25 years and in 2011, all running projects of the erstwhile firm were transferred to Akshaya Jain & Associates. Projects designed have been extensively exhibited/published, and also awarded with Excellence in Architecture by the Indian Institute of Architects.

Kshitij Jain, with 19 years of professional experience, has been involved with a vast range of projects, in India and abroad. He has keen interest in incorporating sustainable and energy efficiency measures within the design vocabulary. He is an Accredited Professional of the Indian Green Building Council. Projects handled by him have garnered international recognition.

We are registered with the Council of Architecture, India and are Fellows of the Indian Institute of Architects. We are also Associate members of the American Institute of Architects and life members of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers and the Eastern Regional Organisation for Planning and Housing, Malaysia.
