We were shortlisted for the design competition of new Institute of Nano Science & Technology in Mohali, Punjab. The total land area of 34 acres allotted for the project has been judiciously planned into mutually interactive yet separate zones for institute complex, hostels, housing, hub and guest house. All the zones in the complex are independently accessible for entry and services. The Hub has been centrally located between the institutional and residential complexes, envisaged to act as the node for cultural and recreational activities of the Campus. The total built-up area of the master plan was 10,45,000 sq.ft., with an estimated cost of INR 400 crore
