We have provided consultancy services on behalf of Ernst & Young, who were appointed by Punjab Infrastructure Development Board transaction advisor for development of new bus terminal at Rupnagar (Ropar) on public-private partnership (PPP) format. The site area of this infrastructure facility is 6.5 acres and the total built-up area required is 5000 sq.m. The project comprises terminal building, drivers facilities, administration and workshop areas. Bus parking bays for 75 buses at arrival & departure platforms and idle parking was planned, besides visitors car & scooter parking. The estimated cost for development of the facility is around Rs 50 crore.
