We have designed the master plan on a 34 acre site in the city of Mohali comprising residential apartments, iconic office buildings, hospitality components and retail mall buildings. The commercial and residential buildings have been planned as multi-storied towers, whereas retail and hotels have been kept low rise thereby encouraging public interaction. We have provided technical and urban design services on behalf of EY India Pvt. Ltd., who were appointed by the Government as transaction advisor for undertaking a feasibility study and structuring the project on public-private partnership (PPP) format.The total built-up area of the development is over 40,00,000 sq.ft., with an expected cost of INR 1200 crore.
