The project comprises 377 residential apartments in various categories, community centre, guest house, shopping centre and bank, spread over 30 acres in Rawatbhata, Rajasthan for Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. The scale of open spaces between the buildings ensures that there is sufficient light and ventilation in the apartments. The layout of the blocks follows the shape of the site and also creates interesting profile of the built form. The community centre comprises two sets of large community halls and guest accommodation facilities, along with landscaped gardens for outdoor functions. The guest house is two-storied structure, comprising guest rooms and dormitories. Common facilities like administration, dining halls, kitchen, etc. have been located centrally between the community halls & guest house. Green building features such as rainwater harvesting, harnessing of solar energy, waste recycling, etc. have been proposed.
