Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai, in the state of Chhattisgarh, is one of the latest IITs being setup to promote scientific research, having a total land area of 344 acres. We are the architects for the residential buildings, our design having been selected in competition. The total built-up area in phase-I is 113,000 sq.m., on an allocated site area of 43 acres, estimated to cost around INR 450 crore. The project comprises:
